If you are silly enough (like me) to open this at such a young age, please do yourself a favor and give this a lengthy decant so that the nose has sufficient time to open up. With around 1.5 hours of air, this opened up to an intoxicating nose of raspberry, plum, cherry, and not as much oak as would be implied by the new oak usage. The air also helps significantly round out the palate - I will note that the 2021 bottling of this runs higher at around 14.1% alcohol (whereas even only 2-3 years ago they ran around 13.3%-13.4%), so without enough air there will be some residual heat from the alcohol. But with enough time the alcohol fades and the wine resolves beautifully.
All that is to say, this is going to be a great wine (and is already a great wine when you give it enough air).
