Nose: Chalky minerality, oak and light blossom.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, chalky minerality, honey, chamomile and citrus. Medium acidity and long finish.
Four days skin contact the pressed into big wooden barrels 2500L no new wood and aged for 14 months. The long ageing gives it a full mouthfeel, but because of the big used oak barrels you don't get the extreme butter and oaky notes you might expect given the fullness of the wine. Powerful yet elegant. As a Burgundy drinker, it's a pleasure to drink.
