Pale yellow with the barest green tinge. Smelled pear-led, with melon, wet stone, some minty green, and a tiny bit of pineapple around the edges (but it's in no way overripe); the taste has some of the pineapple but also the wet limestone and mint and tree fruits. Medium bodied but it feels weightless, intense and lasting on the midpalate, plenty of acidity, and a long fruity finish. HB knocked it out of the park with this one and I'll buy more to cellar.
