  Dark and inky appearance, opens with blackberry, cherry and sandalwood aromas, full, juicy, clean, pure in the flavors of dark cherry, raspberry, soy sauce and tree bark, very umami especially when first opened and then it fleshes out with a youthful purple character, built for food, can stand up with a rich meaty dish
