  • Le Petiot is hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc from low-yield (35hl/ha), biodynamically farmed vineyards. This limpid, pale yellow-green wine unfurls gradually with aromas of white flowers, kaffir-lime leaves, and lemongrass trading places with apricots, pink grapefruit, and especially fresh fennel as the nose evolves over time. On the palate, the texture is silky chiffon, with exotic citrus flavors seasoned with wild thyme, anise, and herbal sea salt, while the refreshing, mineral-driven finish lingers forever

    Goat cheeses, crudité, and butter-laced seafood preparations (Coquille St. Jacques!) work very well with this wine.
