  Tasted at Clos Puy Arnaud, wine #1. Easy going fresh and easy drinking single varietal of Merlot, made from 25 year old vines, fermented in cement vats and later aged in stainless steel on its lees for 3 months. Deep ruby colour, purple hue. Medium intensity aroma of blackberries, cherries, plums, spices, floral touch. Medium body, fresh red and black fruit flavours, lean smooth texture, medium acidity, smooth medium tannins.
