Drank over 2 days with consistent notes. Light ruby color and 13.4% alcohol leads me to believe they aren't adding syrah. Nice blend and balance. Everything in place for a quality pinot. If the wine adds intensity as it ages, the score will go up.

This is a medium ruby colored wine. The flavor profile is black cherry, plum and raspberry. The body is ample with simple complexity. The finish is ample with a bit of stem (green tannin) flavor. This is a sound but not great wine. Being an $18 WTSO wine, I don't have much to complain about. I give this vintage a point higher than the 2015 vintage.

Zippy with good spice, albeit light. Pleasant acidity and enough fruit to drive it forward. Definitely of cool climate origin. If tasted blind, I might guess it was from Willamette Valley. Some bitterness in the finish. Improves with air.

Well made but ultimately pretty generic California Pinot Noir. I expected some zingy acidity but the wine finishes soft. Drink now.
