(Donnhoff "Grey Slate" Riesling) Palate was like sucking on a limestone. But not Burgundian limestone. Like a pice of slate made out of lime. Great acidity here and length. pale and clear. really dry. fresh, acidic and zingy. perhaps needs a little time to become more complex.
