  Rose, gummy fruit candy, white peach, maybe some white cranberry. There's even some yeast and brioche notes on the back end that linger in an incredibly interesting way. Got more and more intriguing as we drank it. Mouthfeel is reminiscent more of a methode classique wine than a "typical" pet nat. A real pleasure to drink!
