    Very pale ruby core with slight browning on the edge. Nose slightly restrained, showing vanilla, cloves, and a bit of butterscotch, and then the hint of floral aromatics. Acidic, while with a fair weight, and soft tannins, and flavours of medium ripe red cherry and raspberry, dill, fennel, and thyme, as well as a touch of nutmeg. Fairly good length
