  Brought home from Bera tasting last year in September. Previous bottles disappointed a bit but this one didn't.
  
  Primarily salty licorice, also a good whiff of mint (for the Dutch people: 'schoolkrijt'-candy), even dark fruit. Very umami. Drank slightly cooled next to a ragu a la bolognese from a Bordeaux glass.
  
  Really came together since last time, one bottle left gonna leave that one for at least one year. Drink now — 2027-ish.
