    Pale straw and daybright. On the nose the fruits seemed a bit more restrained, yet pretty refined, mainly of cool mint, wet stones, underripe peach, lemon zest, a touch of pepper and cinnamon. Very bright acids, giving a zesty nature, and a light foot. Intensely flavoured of lemon zest, candy, and a bit of meringue, then wet stones and mint. Medium length. Really lovely!
