  Medium golden- amber, viscous @13% abv. Honeyed white fruits, orange rind, dried apple, starfruit, sweet spice. Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, full body. Powerful with rich texture, unctuous and slightly astringent with bitter-sweet finish. Decant?
  Interesting to see the aging development.

  Yellow to golden yellow color. A bit of a combination of Chablis and Vouvray.
  Tropical melon but a little dry. Lightly aromatic. Medium body with good fruit. Good and a little different.
