brvino Wine Tasting #5 - Rosé (brvino Undergraduate Wine Club at UCLA): Quite different on the nose with darker fruits: cherry and even red plum. Decidedly less citrusy. On the palate, it’s more viscous and less acidic. There is also a touch of sweetness now. Some more butter cherry and even red plum. I don’t think this is Pinot showing, I think it’s just the winemaker’s choice. 6/18. I’m not a big fan.
