Opened 3 days prior to serving by the glass into Riedel white wine glass (“Root” day): Deep copperish orange to the eyes.
Reminiscent of the Radikon style of deep yet vibrant, almost juicy citrus fruits like oranges and preserved ripe stone fruits like apricots and peaches on the nose and flavor profile overall, with much less tannin if any.

Served by the glass into Riedel white wine glass (“Root” day): Medium cloudy orange to the eyes.
Blend of Kerner and Bacchus (Maceration), Muller (direct press).
Orange style here like the “regular” Daidai but in a light and elegant manner. Smoky and savory stone fruits like apricots.
