Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 92 points

  • Organic and biodynamic viticulture, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin, aged in ovoid clay vessels for 14 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered, 12.5% ABV. A fascinating wine, which delivers a lovely interplay between the salty, briny minerality from the terroir, the floral and fruity (juicy apple) base flavours from the Chardonnay, and the savoury, almost nutty notes from the Savagnin. Clear and precise, tense but at the same time effortlessly harmonious. Riper and richer (obviously) than the 2021, but no less interesting.
