Fruit Day - At a trade tasting so notes a little condensed - lemon core out to a lighter lemon edge. Nose is apple, white flowers, minerals - classic white Bourgogne. On the palate it’s ripe with apple, pear and white peach flavours. It’s creamy and rich on the palate with a medium length finish of the palate flavours. A bit simple at this stage but definitely worth having. This will develop nicely over the next 2-4 years and be one that can be pulled out of the cellar at any time with confidence.
