  What a wonderful bottle! Young vibrant riesling - honey, a apple, cloves, celery and petrol on the nose. Beutifully dry with excellent ripeness in the mouth, with the honey and clove aromas coming through strongly to the palate. Good presence and excellent balance. Drunk with an Andre Soltner recipe for Chicken sauteed in Beer - which was a tremendous match. I'm sure I am over rating the wine somewhat - but it really delivered tonight. I look forward to getting the 2005 Clos St. Hune!
