  • Quite some tannic impact here, but also some fruit dropping, including blueberry, and, yes, pears and apples; strangely. Wonderful herb notes, notably on thyme and rosemary. Some fresh mineral notes and quite some spices. Good length, again prominent tannins. Let’s keep in mind that this is biological wine and no sulfites. All in all, a very nice addition to Languedoc, fresh and sophisticated to drink now, interesting to follow.
