Unremarkable, but solid and not bad. Heavier and more tannins, as well as less fruit, than you would expect from a 100% grenache. Most might think this state of affairs is a +, but just not me tonight...

Decanted 2 hours. Cherry red color. Smoky nose. Sharp, clean sour cherry flavors, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg. Nice finish. Medium weight, paired well with seared tuna.

Lighter red color. Nice cherry notes and lighter style food friendly wine. Simple but good it was just what we were looking for.
