  • An interesting, fresh nose of sweet and sour cherries complemented with earthy notes. Med. body, very fruity yet focused on the palate with refreshing red berry acidity and good structure, maybe a bit straightforward. A touch of spice and bitterness in a slightly metallic finish. Very good length. 100% new oak sounds scary, but is hardly detectable now.

  • Beautifull rioja, very concentrated with blackberry fruit and spicy tones. Wood is clearly present as is to be expected in a rioja wine, however it has integrated very well in the wine. Good length. I really enjoyed drinking this bottle untill the last drop.
