Not overly excited, way below expectation--for the weight of the bottle, thought something gonna be happenning... Huge extraction but only some wet board nose, next day some fruit showed up with little acid freshing the tongue. Still, lot of things are missing, disappointing. It shouldn't be made by wrong hands, then, it's either an off-bottle or simplely still sleeping.

Opaque purple red w dark staining, looks very much like young vintage port - lavish but very sexy oak nose with sweet blackberry jam, just a titch of heat - smooth, supple entry, good acidity, then really jammy, dense fruit - really one for fans of the style...- massive, extracted, hedonistic, Pamela Anderson... - but tasty - perhaps a bit pruney, but if you like the style, this is your bottle- if you have it with dinner, it better be steak - drink now.

(Never mind the fruit) Bomb! Overpriced, pretentiously (and politically-incorrect heavily) bottled. Flabby, sweet, raisiny, overripe to the point of rotten fruit. Unctuous, mouth coating. Nothing but rotten fruit. There is not even 2003 as an excuse. Probably made to cater to a certain high profile palate but missed even that target. AVOID!!
