  very pale straw and of medium body. reticent floral and citric nose with some pineapple whiffs among the green lime and sweet lime aromas. still a bit tight but silky in mouth, the flavours seem to grow from a pithy, chalky base and tend to the citric rather than the tropical. notable acidic lift and moderate length with a bit of spice.
  
  rather understated for the varietal, this may need a bit more age to really blossom.
  
  14.1% AbV; barrel-fermented (and no other details on elevage).
