  Wife opened by accident as it was still resting from club transport. With nice knackwurst dish. Opened up quickly. Good fruit, very nice zin (not that spicey fruit taste). This should be left alone to integrate better 2+ yrs? Another good Ridge. They are all different! After 2+ hrs it really opened up ( tannins showed up) but also showed that this needs more time.

  A good wine, but not the best Jinsomare i've had. I also tend to prefer their more northern vineyards anyway. This one felt a bit heavy and sluggish but otherwise was great with nice fruit.
