  By the glass. 100% Parellada. 10.5% ABV. White wine breezed and with skins of the so-called poor sister in the elaboration of cava.
  On the nose the white fruit prevails over other floral and herbal notes such as thyme and lavender. Easy complexity.
  The palate has more volume than expected, compensated in turn by a serious acidity that gives length. Deliciously bitter finish.
  
  Por copas. 100% Parellada. 10.5% de volumen alcohólico. Vino blanco brisado y con pieles de la llamada hermana pobre en la elaboración del cava.
  En nariz la fruta blanca prevalece sobre otras notas florales y de hierbas como el tomillo y la lavanda. Complejidad facilona.
  Al paladar presenta más volumen del esperado, compensado a su vez por una seria acidez que otorga longitud. Final deliciosamente amargo.
