  After recent disappointments with the 2019 and 2020, it was time to taste this latest vintage from Lassarat’s flagship Pouilly Fuissé. I did not have the very strong premox notes of the previously mentioned, but it clearly showed in this direction. Relatively dark in colour, this wine comes across as heavily extracted and showing some faint ripe wine characteristics. Surprisingly, it does not ruin the drinking pleasure, but questions the durability of the wine. Recommend drinking sooner rather than later.
