  Very good. Popped and drank over an hour plus. Just really tasty and not over powering. The balance is outstanding. Refined with good structure. A different style than the Pisoni Estate 06, less big more finesse. Can go another year or two, but in a good place now.

  At the end of its bottle life. Some cola and chocolate overtones.
  Fine resolved tannins. Not so pulled together at this point.
  Very nice pairing with baked ham dinner. Drink up.

  A big, concentrated, Pinot. Cherry, cola, clove, and spice, but little to no earth. Maybe a touch hot, but not necessarily in an unpleasant way. The alcohol seems integrated with the fruit, rather than overpowering the fruit, as is sometimes the case.

  Chocolate-covered black cherry. This is a fairly full-bodied and extracted Pinot Noir with perceptible alcohol on the finish. If this is your thing, go for it.
