  • Made from a single varietal of Chardonnay of 20-40 year old vines, spontaneous fermentation, aged on its lees for 24 months in old FR oak barrels. Medium+ intensity aroma of mildly reductive complex notes of flint, matchstick, lemons, orange zest, limes, biscuits, smoke, peach. Medium+ body, pleasantly creamy and juicy with crisp and vibrant acidity, echoing flavours from aroma, flinty mineral character.
