  A good dose of intriguing umami; smooth, excellent character; SMB not listed but told at least 55%. 1 of 3 Kamikawa facilities making their own bottlings: Tokachi (very good), Hakodate(ok), and Taisetsu (could be the best--haven't tasted enough). At the tasting room in Sapporo.
  All versions are:
  Junmai: 70%
  Junmai Ginjo: 55%
  Junmai Daiginjo: 45%
