  Mature or maybe slightly over, the wine had dark berry aromas and subtle fruit flavors with some warm cedar oak spice, and nutmeg, cinnamon notes on the medium long finish, probably should have drank this wine 1-2 years ago as the fruit is fading. Still very good, but not excellent.

  This pinot had a fruity spice flavor that was tart when first poured but mellowed nicely after an hour or so. Went nicely alongside sushi.

  A lighter style pinot but well balanced and flavorful. Went very well with Vermont Ayr cheese.
