Palest yellow color, almost colorless. On the nose there's honey, apple and citrus. Lanolin and mineral in the mouth with an underlying citrus and a short, bright finish.

Today's Bordeaux (W Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: wonderfully elegant nose with cinnamon, melon, lime, minerals, and bits of vanilla. there is a lot going on with this nose and there is a lot of class to it
taste: very full and elegant with melons, minerals, lemon bits and some vanilla in there too
overall: the theme with this wine is elegance. It's very classy and just full of subtle flavors that just meld together and bring about a gliding feel on the palate and into a nice mineral and lemon driven finish

Very good; this opened out with time and was at its best the second day.

So the benjamin is the cheap level. This is the big boy. Honey suckel and fleshy weight. Some power here. But balance.
