Golden colour. Mineral, masculine, very Fourchaume-like nose indeed but at the rustic side. Untuous texture, shortie yet lovely bitter aftertaste. Pairing some Indian dishes.
Color dorado. Sin duda una nariz muy Fourchaume, mineral y masculina pero en el lado rústico. De textura untuosa y de un postgusto cortito pero ricamente amargo. Maridando algunos platos hindues.

Brocard tasting with Jean-Marc Brocard: Nose of butterscotch, minerals and wet wool. A lot more complexity and depth on the palate than the Vau de Vey. Hints of sweetness and florality. Well balanced. Drinking very well now and clearly wine of the flight.
