  Consistency rules. Nice garnet color. Persistent mousse. Fresh berry wood nose. Puckering dryness and acidity make this scream for food. Lasagna is a perfect accompaniment.

  Consistent with first bottle. Tasting party noted a distinct rusticity to the wine, and commented on it's dryness, a factor enhanced by both the bubbles and the slight tannins that were present. A rustic, earthy low-alcohol (very) dry soda. A pleasant surprise if you've come to Lambrusco via Riunite.

  Garnet in color, surprisingly "rusty" looking considering the frizzante bubbles. Good persistent purple garnet mousse. Nice baked berries on the nose. Full flavored and fruity but with mouth-cleansing acidity and some tannin. Very nice QPR. Could be very refreshing on a sultry summer night, or with slippery Italian food (like a lasagna).
