Semi-Blind Whites (Our House -- Philadelphia): Non-blind fortified white flight. Pale yellow color. Apricot, sweet fruit. A bit on the "too" sweet side. Not enough acidity for my taste, and not balanced enough, but it is enjoyable. Moderate finish.

Semi-Blind White Wine Tasting (Casa Roberts): i know it's a fortified wine, but this was too hot for me -- the heat was just too obvious. my notes were "too hot" "hot nose" and "has some heat" (not sure why 3 were requred!). Peacha nd grape notes most prominent. long finish.

Vibrant, light gold with a touch of green in the glass, this wine has an ethereal nose of lychees and rambutan jelly. In the mouth it is slightly smoky and lusciously sweet with pretty, lifting, acidity. $25/half bottle. PAZZZZ (on QPR)
Cheese Pairings:
(+1) Roquefort: Salty, deep, with light, sweet acidity - an excellent combination.
