  Blind Night (HB Home Bistro, Chicago IL): nose: creamy and rich nose of lemon meringue, tart citrus tones, red apples and some butter tones. Good depth, and the butter isn't too much and adds a nice touch

  very nice California Chardonnay - good color, pleasant nose - melons, kiwi, crisp fresh taste of ripe apples, with vanilla and creamy butter, some oak but not overpowering at all - well balanced acidity and a very smooth finish.

This wine sees a 1x per week lees stirring for added depth and complexity - and it shows. 14% abv, this presents a nose of melon, grapefruit, apples, pear, kiwi, minerals and has an attractive nutty character as well.
