  A lot smoother than originally tasted when completely young. The fruit has mellow nicely but is still very intense. Actually it was quite a surprise that it had aged so nicely. Compact and intense Shiraz like fruit mostly with minor hints of vanilla and some medicinal flavours are coming through the mid- and after-taste. Can age for at least 10 more years.
