  Deep purple color with a considerable clear rim; gorgeous black raspberry and dark cherry nose with hints of violets, plums and Framboise liqueur. Saturated fruit palate with those same rich qualities. Wonderfully balanced with unobtrusive acidity which carries things to a beautiful and long finish. In a perfect place right now, better than several ‘05 1er crus I’ve had to date. Glad to have a couple more of these and they were a steal at $39! Call this 91+
