  His was a fascinating wine. When we Coravined the wine it had an earthy funk on it. But that blew off and it improved, so we opened it to go with our grilled Atlantic and New Zealand Ora salmon. It was a good pairing, bringing out notes of red fruit, forest floor and a little, pleasant earth.
  
  Just ok for $22 / bottle but beat our initial expectations. Drink now.
