big and monolitic Cab Sauvignon from the great winemaker Gianni Masciarelli who suddenly died in 2008. His wife Marina Cvetic carried on the cellar with a specific line of great wines, especially white wines. This CS is a hard wine with sharp and strong tannins which requires a long oxigenation before drinking. Once oxigenated it shows a complex aroma of graphite and leather overall and at this point it appears to be a great wine. But unfortunately the second day scents evaporate and only alcool remains. Would expect more from a first class CS Best paired with a superb deer T-bone steak
