So good. Meaty, slightly leafy, and after an hour or so of air the fruit came out in an excellent way. Wish I had another 3 of these to watch evolve over the next 5 years.

Fantastic! Tons of life left on it, and I'm going to see if I can pick up more. Brilliant acidity and flavours of currant and raspberry, a touch of herbaceousness, and mineraly zip. The nose has opened up wonderfully over the last 75 minutes, and I'm curious to see what the remaining half bottle will do when reopened.

This was the first bottle opened in a 15 bottle tasting with just as many people. This was a T Bar T, and I only give it an 89 because the prior T Bar T I enjoyed was a '97, which was superior. The wine was very pleasant and non offending. We spent about $25 on it and were not dissapointed in any respect. Not memorable, but dark berry, cassis, and pleasing at cellar temperature and having breathed.

Very disappointing, I had high expectations for this one due to the TbarT vineyard. Really not much going for it on the nose or palate, pretty boring and lifeless.

Had this wine last night with good friends Bill, Debbie and Sid while playing pool. Very disappointed in this since it is such a well aged Alexander Valley product and it did not improve with warming to room temp. Very flat bouquet, no significant nose, flavors very one dimensional of pale fruit and no real backbone. Would not recomment this.
