Still a delight, but drink up (which should be obvious with the color & sediment). Tons of honey, golden raisins, oloroso, cashews, hazelnuts. Really really tasty, but the acidity is starting to falter. I could nose this empty bottle for eternity, its just that good.

My last bottle. Wasn’t cold enough, but still great. Not sure on the remaining life. I think it wasn’t a cris as it used to be. But could have been the temp

Dark copper color. Smokey apricot bouquet. Good concentration with moderate sweetness but a good bit of acidity to keep it in check. It's interesting while it tastes sweet also has a hint of dryness to it. Apricot, smoke, spice, tropical notes on the pallet. Long finish. Fully mature but with the acidity and sugar you should not fall apart anytime soon. Probably best to drink over the next 5 to 6 years. Excellent qpr.

Dark copper gold color. Intensesmoky apricot bouquet. On the palate intense ripe concentrated sweet acidic apricot smoke flavors with a long acidic finish. While fully mature this has such acid it can go much longer

Deep gold to amber in color with on the nose some clear botrytis funk, bee wax, spicy honey, pineapple and peaches. Medium to full-bodied with a typical oily texture and layers of sweet dried apricots, candied orange peels, spicy vanilla, papaya and very sweet mangoes, notes of butterscotch and nice acidity with plenty of dried pineapples and honey on the rich and very long finish. As excellent a treat as always, delicious. 12% Abv.
