Surprised. This wine now has some substance. Lovely color. Plenty of glycerin on the glass rim. 2nd night weight and some gravitas to the berry flavours. Long mouth feel. Plenty of acid to keep it together for some time. Delicious for what it is.

quite mulch-like, composting wood and some leaves, a slight sourness to the fruit, not the autumn I look for - more a stunted-composting mulch; silky palate though that's pretty nice, good acidity, glides across the palate without hard edges or any kick forming a surprisingly coherent whole, dried out fruit flavours though, finishes well enough. Pretty good

This wine is a fair and honest Pinot Noir. It starts with a darker than expected colour and hue. The tearing is above average and shows signs of glycerin for a 13% wine. The smell is fairly familiar, musky and moss. The taste, lovely strawberry with a drop of cassis with medium-high tannins for storage. Drink this wine and enjoy but probably rounded and ready under cellar in 2015

Possibly Bretts affected. Very musty and rustic tasting. Not quite right....or Maybe that's what it has developed into.

Quite dark and rustique, more blueberry than strawberry.
The oak is quite noticeable, too much for my taste. Some tannins.
