Cloudy pink. Sparkles didn't last long. Tart, mushroomy, on the nose. Grapefruit and river rocks on the palate. Liked but not loved by all. Paired well with cheese n crackers though.
Lot MM19. 70% Pinot d’Aunis, 30% Grolleau Noir.

Rose copper colored. Strawberries, rhubarb, and subtle florals on the nose. It's petillant and beautifully fresh on the palate with more strawberry and red fruits, mouthwatering chalky- stoniness, and some cooling herbal notes. Distilling it to its essence, this is beautifully fresh, invigorating and incredibly gulpable, delicious wine that would pair with myriad foods. A wine that makes you happy. Delish.

Lot MM19. Luden’s cherry red in color, heaps of bright unripe strawberry fruit, and a little tiny bit of barnyard on the nose. This is fun, delicious, and crushable. How many times have I opened a pet nat looking for a little liquid sunshine and ended up with a mousy, skanky, cidery mess? This stuff is the truth!

Yeast, earthy minerals and indistinguishable light red fruits with a hint of stone fruit kernel. 12.5% abv according to the label but it feels lower (or the balance is great!) Uncomplex but very quaffable. Paired with pizza. Lot MM19 (vintage ’18) 70% Pinot d’Aunis 30% Grolleau Noir.

Strawberries, yeast, and a bit funky. Really bright on those nose, Beaujolais-like.
Medium + acid and somewhere between a frizzante and spumante level of effervescence.
This is really beautiful stuff. It’s glou glou, but has complexity.
