  • Opened bottle last night with Thanksgiving dinner, finished off with Kim over leftovers tonight. Very nice every day drinker, good QPR at this price range, one of a very few monastrells we have had and definitely like this grape varietal. Dark, medium bodied, somewhat muted, short aftertaste, did improve some tonight on second day open. Aromatic nose of lilac and cherry, flavors of mocha, cigar box and dark cherry.
