Just opened one of several bottles which was personally sold to me by Jean Trimbach at the winery. Cork was amazingly intact and not dried out even though stored in my NH basement all these years. Wine was perfect - having increased in both depth of aroma and flavor, with a sparkling gold color. Used a couple of tablespoons to make veal saltimbiocca and accompany the dish for dinner. The sweetness at midpalate with fantastic final acidity makes me think i will save the other bottles for a few more years! Salut to the Trimbach's. The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Medium. It tastes like Lemon, Lychee, and Botrytised. The body is Medium. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Medium.

The label actually reads Tokay Pinot Gris - not just "Pinot Gris"!
