Clear, pale straw. Off dry, balanced by and perhaps a bit dominated by acidity, slightly fizzy, leading to a bit of Concord Grape (as from Niagara grapes) in the finish. Overall very nice. I am not a big fan of the "off-dry white blend" style, but this wine is much better than most. A good value at $8, and amazingly so when one considers that local wine usually costs much more than non-local wine of equivalent quality.
