Crisp and clean with grapefruit, sharp green apple, delicate barrel must, grilled nuts and hint of spice. The oak adds structure and texture, with a touch of roughness (in a good way) - persistent fruit that builds power to the finish.

Still young and tight. The oak is very well integrated with the fruit and complements the flavours of peach and hazelnut very nicely. Plenty of acidity to see this through at least another 5 years and I would expect further complexity to develop.

Cellartime has forced the oak to integrate, giving way to candied citrusfruit, crème brulée, vanilla and spice. Drinking perfectly right now.
