  • Great accompanyment to dessert.
Sappy rich deep gold color in the glass. Extremely slow moving legs. 15% alcohol.
Nose of yellow apples, roasted nuts, caramel, oak, vanilla and dark marmalade.
Palate is super viscous with more roasted nuts, caramel and lots of dark creamy orange flavors.
Finish is nicely acidic, but could have more balance. Still quite a treat.

  • Serious juice here.
    Big, bold and concentrated.
Viscous texure but has great cut with marked acidity framing the apricot and honey notes.
Should age for decades. Will be looking for more of this.
