  Dark ruby color. Nice bouquet of earth, dark plum, dark fruits. Medium to full bodied with good concentration. Still with some youthful fruit and acidity. Very concentrated, but not as complex as one would expect from a wine from 2003 that is this old. Plum, earth, dark fruits. Can drink now or even age a little longer. The 2003 Labegorce Zede I had the night before this was much lighter, but much more complex and enjoyable. Still this is a solid effort and well worth trying

  Like stars in Hollywood, age has taken its toll on this bottle. The fruit and bouquet of it's youth have vanished. The tartness that was once welcome in this bottle is now overpowering and yields bitter aftertaste. It's a shame.
