P&P. Nice. Rust hued, transparent ruby. Rich, uber-ripe zin profile, with balance, elegance and class. Not as sweet as I might have thought. Deep, almost keroseny, ripeness. And, did I mention the word "ripe?" Very, but not horribly - at all. To Paul's credit (again), stylishly done. An interesting vinification of fruit from a hot and ripe year. Nearing peak, I'd wait another 10-20 years to see if this becomes something Draperesquelly sublime. Possible, I'd guess even likely, with this one. I'll be burying my last bottle for a longggg while. 91 pts now, with 3-4 pts upside.

Slightly sweet with 0.47% residual sugar, and a hefty alcohol content of 15.7%, this one proved to be rich, jammy and easy to drink. Sweet dark cherries, kirsch, raisins. Almost port-like, especially on the 2nd day.

realy good for a 10 year old zin. A real surprise. The RS made it taste very fruity instead of the usual earth and acid. The fruit is a bit jammy to overripe, and there’s certainly a lot of acid, but this is a really interesting older bottle of wine. Ther

Delicious. Perfectly mature. With nice acid fruit (raspberry) balance and richness. Still has lots of life left in it.

This was fantastic for a 15 year old Zin! Very ripe and ready fruit. Not quite jammy enough to put on toast but lots of concentration.
